Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. • Serve coffee, tea, soft drinks, tea efficiently while ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Foster a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and providing exceptional hospitality. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and management effectively.
