Server/Waiter

Cattlemen's Grill is an upscale farm-to-table restaurant in Hattiesburg, proudly sourcing ingredients from Mississippi farmers and producers. We're looking for professional, personable Servers who can deliver warm, attentive service and represent our values of hospitality, respect, and pride in real food.

What You'll Do:

Provide knowledgeable, friendly service in a fast-paced but elevated dining environment Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Guide guests through our seasonal, locally sourced menu with confidence Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Maintain clean and organized dining areas Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while adhering to sanitation standards. Handle orders and payments with accuracy and professionalism Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Prior serving experience preferred, especially in upscale or full-service restaurants Familiarity with guest services and food preparation is advantageous Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing Strong communication and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with a heart for hospitality Familiarity with or interest in farm-to-table dining and local ingredients Reliability, professionalism, and poise under pressure
