Poolside Server

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Poolside Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry preferred
• Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
• Ability to bus tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
