Waitstaff/Server

Job Title:

Waiter/Waitress We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing attentive and efficient service.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly
• Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Process payments and provide accurate change
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures

• Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)
