Duties Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation standards Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special requests or dietary restrictions Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, including clearing plates and resetting tables for new guests Support food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or portioning ingredients under supervision Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation protocols Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with order accuracy and guest requests Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic kitchen operations is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and move swiftly around the dining area during busy hours Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency but training will be provided Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality can be advantageous A passion for delivering excellent guest service and creating welcoming atmospheres This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
