Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is maximized Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Manage table settings, clear dishes, bussing tables efficiently, and assist with food handling and sanitation procedures Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients, food safety standards, and allergy information to serve guests responsibly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Experience with upselling techniques, guest relations, and cash handling is highly desirable Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and payment processing Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
