Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Serve food, drinks, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining presentation standards; upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle all sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation, wine knowledge sharing, and spirits experience to elevate the guest experience in fine dining settings Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, recommending pairings, and ensuring overall guest comfort Requirements Proven restaurant or food service experience, ideally within a fast-paced or fine dining environment Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, spirits handling, and upselling techniques is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing; attention to detail is essential Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets a lively atmosphere!
