Job Description

Overview Join the team at Field & Stream Lodge and Dry Fly Saloon! We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Banquet Servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy events, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing hotel property with a fun, supportive team culture. The Banquet Server is responsible for executing banquet and catering events with professionalism, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude. Duties Ability to read and execute Banquet Event Orders to event standards Assist with room set up, room flips, resets, and event breakdowns Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment Serve plated meals, buffets, receptions, and beverage service professionally Monitor guest needs and provide attentive, courteous service Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Ensure all service areas remain stocked and presentable throughout events Work closely with Banquet Captains, culinary staff, and fellow servers Follow directions and adapt quickly to changing event needs Communicate guest requests and operational concerns promptly Provide exceptional hospitality and create positive guest experiences Maintain availability for scheduled events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Follow direction from the Banquet Captain or Event Manager while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and contributing to successful event execution. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Requirements 1-2 years of banquet service experience in a hotel, resort, conference center, or similar hospitality environment Knowledge of banquet service standards, including plated meals, buffets, and receptions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods Preferred Previous hotel banquet experience Experience with large-scale meetings, weddings, and social events Knowledge of wine, beer, and beverage service

From $10.85 per hour
