Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations from greeting customers to managing orders and supporting the overall dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food service or restaurant settings. Prior experience with POS systems and a knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued. Duties Serve customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Square POS Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling, preparation support, and basic kitchen tasks as needed Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Provide guest relations support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple responsibilities such as serving, or bussing tables Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Must be flexible to cover shifts starting as early as 5:30am Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently Ability to work in a high-volume and loud environment Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately Experience in food handling, food preparation, serving, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality setting Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and teamwork. Minimum wage plus tips Tip average range $14
