Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including wine pairings and dietary options, to assist guests effectively Handle food safety and sanitation standards diligently while serving food and beverages Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing Previous experience with serving, food preparation, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Must demonstrate professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills to foster guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering top-tier hospitality!
