About the
Role:
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with patrons. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our restaurant.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Certification in food handling or alcohol service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Attention to detail is crucial when taking orders and serving food, as it helps prevent mistakes and enhances customer satisfaction. Additionally, familiarity with food and beverage pairings can enhance the dining experience by providing guests with informed recommendations.
