Part-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and reliable Food Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Clear and reset tables between guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Work Environment:
This position requires working in restaurant setting with frequent interaction with guests and team members.
