Job Overview Join our vibrant poolside team as a Pool Food Runner/Waitstaff, where your energetic personality and passion for hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you'll serve refreshing food and beverages, assist with food presentation, and ensure guests enjoy seamless service in a lively outdoor setting. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more! Duties Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to poolside guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist with food preparation, plating, and garnishing to maintain quality and presentation standards Clear tables, bussing dishes efficiently to keep the pool area clean and inviting Use POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, safety procedures, and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards, food safety protocols, and hygiene practices in a fast-paced environment Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; experience with serving and food handling is a plus Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Ability to stand, walk, and move around outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling techniques Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality is beneficial but not required Enthusiastic attitude with excellent guest service skills to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-notch hospitality in a fun outdoor setting!
