Summary As a Server at IHOP, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. Located in the heart of the community, you will be responsible for providing friendly service and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift. Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality meals. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
