Full Job Description Basic Overview of Position:

Greet and welcome all guests. Guests are the number one priority always. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine. Complimentary meals are available during your shift. Key Responsibilities As a Server, you are the face of the restaurant and play a crucial role in the customer experience:

Exceptional Guest Hosting:

Be a genuinely friendly and welcoming host to all visitors, embodying a positive attitude ("Smile," "Be Happy").

Customer Service Excellence:

Proactively greet customers, offer knowledgeable assistance, answer questions about our menu, and provide thoughtful recommendations.

Sales and Payment Processing:

Accurately take customer orders and efficiently process transactions using the cash register.

Maintenance:

Maintain the dining room's pristine appearance and organization, including regular tasks like wiping down tables, sanitizing equipment, and restocking.

Food safety:

Participate actively in practicing safe food/beverage handling, hand washing, and sanitation, which are major and essential components of the role.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Foundational Skills:

Proficiency in basic math is required for accurate cash handling and order processing.

Willingness to work on a varied schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We operate 365 days out of the year and follow alongside the flight schedule.

Experience:

1 year Serving experience preferred
