Job Description
FOH | Beertender, Server 515 South Higgins Avenue, Missoula, MT 59801 From $10.85 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $10.85 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Front of House employees at GILD work as beertenders, servers and beer lovers! A multi-story building, shifts require a lot of running stairs and multitasking. Some shifts will be more serving focused, some more host/busser duties, some more food and drink running, some beertending - including in the arcade. All FOH employees work all positions, and what you do will vary shift to shift. We are looking for a friendly, funny individual to join our team and help us continue to be a happy beer haven on the Hip Strip. Previous experience in the food service world is great, though not required. Our FOH staff makes great tips (because they and our customers are awesome), $14-30/hour on average. All employees earn PTO from day one, everyone who works more than 30 hrs/wk is offered fully employer-paid health insurance along with Dental and Vision options, and after a year all employees are eligible for 401(k) with employer matching. Starting pay is minimum, $10.85, with automatic hourly wage raises every 3 months in addition to any other promotions. Oh and shifters and great employee discounts of course!
