Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food and hospitality. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff. Work grill cooking proteins and pitas. Operating fryer and getting different types of fries. Making salads and prepping food. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables or tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn! Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
