Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our restaurant's exceptional guest experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create memorable dining moments for our guests. We are currently only seeking candidates with weekend availability throughout the Summer. Your energy, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide correct change Assist with food handling, kitchen prep, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a genuine hospitality approach Previous experience in serving roles such as host/hostess or bartender is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively setting!
