In this vital role, you will assist with meal service, food preparation, sanitation, and customer support to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a positive atmosphere that promotes well-being and satisfaction for all. Deliver meals and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery Assist with food coordination from the kitchen to the guests Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning dining areas, utensils, and food service equipment in accordance with food safety regulations Bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to facilitate smooth service flow Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality during meal preparation and serving Help with inventory management by organizing supplies, checking expiration dates, and reporting shortages or issues Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions of residents or guests Previous experience in a food industry environments is highly desirable Culinary or dietary aide experience that demonstrates knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and meal service practices Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation protocols in a healthcare or hospitality setting Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service periods Customer service experience that highlights professionalism, patience, and effective communication skills Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus Ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering compassionate care through excellent food service!
