This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a luxurious setting while working with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of our culinary offerings to enhance the dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient order entry and timely service Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and special promotions to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks with professionalism, attentiveness, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the meal Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with health regulations Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover during busy hours Requirements Proven experience in fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments with a strong focus on guest relations Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales while providing excellent customer service Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume periods Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, hosting/hostess duties, or bartending is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering refined hospitality experiences!
