Banquet Server

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience at various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions. Job Summary:

The Banquet Server position sets up for an event, provides exceptional customer service throughout the entire event, and cleans up after the event.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area. Provide the highest quality of service to guests throughout the event. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations. Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person. Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns. Present in professional appearance and mannerisms. Actively participates in the set up of banquet rooms and service of food and beverage to guests. Displays awareness and compliance with hotels security, safety, emergency and energy procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Good analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to provide an excellent level of customer service, even in stressful situations. Willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, and on weekends and holidays.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED. Restaurant or event experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
