Overview Come join the team at Wine Down in Brevard NC. Join our dynamic team as a Server in the heart of downtown Brevard NC (Must have weekend availability) In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will help elevate every guest interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests, inform them of specials and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Monitor guest satisfaction, fulfill additional requests, and clear tables as needed. Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
