OPEN HOURS 7AM-3PM 7 DAYS A WEEK DINNER FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 4-8PM

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Manage guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any issues that may arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Uphold food safety practices during food handling and preparation. CAKE POS

systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
