Furman's Burger Bar is seeking enthusiastic Servers to join our team at both our Canton and Waynesville locations. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they leave with smiles on their faces!

• Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests warmly, embodying our hospitality ethos
• Present menus and describe dishes with passion and knowledge
• Take accurate food and beverage orders promptly and efficiently
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately
• Serve food and beverages quickly and with attention to detail
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments using POS systems accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas to uphold our standards

• Skills:

• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen operations is advantageous
• Proficiency with POS systems for order processing and payments
• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for creating positive experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills
• Upselling abilities to promote menu items and specials effectively
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
