Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Duties Lead and motivate the store team through effective management, training, and development initiatives to achieve sales targets and operational excellence Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock control to maximize profitability Supervise daily sales activities such as retail sales, wireless sales, and customer service to ensure high standards are maintained Implement merchandising plans and marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales performance Maintain organized store layouts, manage POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Oversee shift management duties including managing time effectively, and ensuring smooth store operations during all hours of operation Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing daily store functions Strong background in retail math including pricing, sales management, budgeting, and inventory control Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams through training & development programs Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases effectively Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; familiarity with recruiting and employee orientation is a plus Knowledge of retail marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, stock replenishment practices, and inventory management tools Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
