We do not hire often. This is an opportunity to step into a structured, detail-driven dining room where service standards matter and execution is taken seriously. We are looking for professionals who understand fine dining at a high level—servers who move with purpose, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the guest experience from start to finish.

What matters here:

You know how to read a table. You understand pacing, timing, and presence. You don't wait to be told what to do—you anticipate it. Wine knowledge is expected. You should be comfortable guiding a guest, not just reciting a list. Tableside work is part of the experience—confidence and precision are required.

Expectations:

Prior fine dining experience is required Strong understanding of steps of service Ability to handle multiple tables without sacrificing detail Clean, professional appearance and composure under pressure Strong communication with both guests and team What you'll be part of: A focused dining room where standards are clear and consistency is expected.
