Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales using POS systems, and manage cash handling with integrity Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques is desirable Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills along with a team-oriented attitude; prior host/hostess or serving experience is beneficial Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
