Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking wait staff / servers to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The wait staff will be the face of our restaurant and are required to be professional, hospitable and courteous. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Ruchi maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace for all employees. Staff are expected to report to work in a fit and professional condition, able to safely perform their duties. Consumption of alcohol by employees while on shift is not permitted. Duties Be courteous to customers and seat them at the tables Bring food to the tables per their order Support food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables during peak service times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods. Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Be willing to wear multiple hats during the shift and proactively help where needed Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
