Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items, enhancing guest experience and increasing sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and bussing tables to ensure a clean and organized dining area Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in busy or fine dining settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue Experience with food industry tools like serving trays, bussing stations, and basic kitchen operations is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every guest leaves satisfied!
