Server (Must have 2 years of experience)

Boardwalk Billy's UNCC is looking to hire rockstar servers! We're looking for servers with at least 2 years of experience in a high volume setting who know how to handle multiple tables at once, are used to a fast paced environment, and enjoy working as a team. Boardwalk Billy's is a Raw Bar & Ribs restaurant that serves delicious in-house smoked meats, delicious seafood, and American fare. A popular spot for all UNCC students and Charlotte residents alike, Boardwalk Billy's is the place to dine out and an even better place to work. Boardwalk Billy's has some amazing perks: Paid training Monthly competitions for extra cash or prizes Incredible Employee Discount Uniform Included Average tip % >18% Automatic gratuity for parties of 8 or more In order to work at Boardwalk Billy's you must: Be willing and able to serve guests at tables both indoors and outdoors Have availability that encompasses either 10AM-5PM or 4:30PM - 12AM While our operating hours are 11AM-11PM, you must be able to work the entirety of one of the shifts listed above to account for opening or closing times. You do not need to have both morning and nights available, however if you have a circumstance that would cause you to be late or need to leave early from one of those time slots, it will be considered as "unavailable" for your schedule.

Duties for servers include:

Sidework tasks such as maintaining a clean restaurant, stocking server stations, and brewing teas Opening work including setting up the restaurant, cleaning your section, and attending the morning meetings Serving all guests in your section Maintaining a positive attitude and working as a team with your head server, manager on duty, hosts, and kitchen staff. Completing all assigned closing or cut work prior to leaving for the day
