Knowledge and ability to recite and explain the menu Follow the Steps of Service with each guest Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members Engage in teamwork Follows all sanitation and safety policies Performs other duties as assigned by management Maintains a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately Intermediate knowledge of craft beers is a major plus Maintain valid RAST certification Advises Management Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues Qualifications respectful and hospitable to everyone motivated and have a high energy level but maintain a calm and friendly demeanor guest-oriented and always demonstrate a desire to be of service organized able to excel in high pressure environments able to follow written and verbal instructions able to recognize common signs of intoxication and know how to address the situation available to a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays Must be 18 years old
