SUMMARY:

In this role, you are responsible for delivering an elevated dining experience to residents within our independent living community through attentive, restaurant-style service and meaningful resident engagement. Team members are expected to build positive relationships with residents, understand their dining preferences, and provide service that is warm, professional, and hospitality driven. You will help ensure that each resident's dining experience is welcoming, personalized, and consistently high quality by communicating effectively with culinary, dining, and other community team members. While maintaining awareness of residents' general well-being and comfort during service interactions, this position focuses on hospitality, customer service, and creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere that supports residents' independence, dignity, and lifestyle. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail to ensure dining services are delivered in a smooth, efficient, and resident-centered manner consistent with the standards of a premier independent living community.
