Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash register operations with precision, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for smooth service flow Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is advantageous but not required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is beneficial for supporting food prep when needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment!
