Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server/Waiter, where your energy and passion for hospitality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes their orders, and ensures their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your culinary knowledge and excellent customer service skills will contribute to a vibrant, upscale dining environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and seating arrangements effectively Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or server is advantageous Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order calculations required Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding menu items and food prep processes Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively environment!
