Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations. Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
