Job Description

Native Tongue Hospitality in conjunction with Julep Contemporary Kitchen in Greenville, NC is looking for a breakfast and lunch server to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven morning person, who is motivated to bring the best service to our hotel and local guests alike. Breakfast shift is 5:45-10:30 and lunch is from 11-2 (+ time for closing duties). This position is hourly plus tips and is currently offered as a part time position with the ability to grow into a full time position.
Responsibilities include:
Arriving on time with a smile ready to greet guests first thing in the morning Setting and resetting tables notating reservations and special events Presenting the menu and helping guests select food and beverages Delivering food and beverages to the guests both in the restaurant as well as in room dining for our hotel guests Setting up our breakfast and coffee displays Keeping the breakfast and coffee displays fresh, stocked and tidy Delivering a great overall guest dining experience Qualifications Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and team Able to multitask efficiently Detail oriented Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is desired but extensive training is part of the onboarding process We are looking forward to hearing from you and reading your resume.
