Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Serve food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards Assist in food handling, basic math calculations for retail math accuracy, and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math proficiency for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values energy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
