Responsibilities:

Communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen. Keep customers informed about orders, wait time, and their general surroundings. Answer customer questions. Deliver food and drinks to customers, when necessary. Deliver food to all customers at the same time by taking multiple orders at once. Make sure empty glasses are available for service. Take drink orders from customers. Handle customer complaints in a polite and timely manner.
