Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Wait Staff member specializing in weekend morning shifts! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional food service experiences to our guests, ensuring their mornings are filled with warmth, efficiency, and outstanding hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with food production and meal preparation when needed, supporting the culinary team in delivering quality dishes Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, accommodating special dietary needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support the dietary department by assisting with food handling, sanitation, and meal service in assisted living or nursing home settings when required Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields such as assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy weekend mornings Culinary experience or background in food production is a plus, especially familiarity with meal preparation and serving techniques Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Basic understanding of dietary requirements and dietetics principles preferred but not required This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact through exceptional service.
