Fine Dining Server

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding guest services in a fine dining environment. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience. Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Ensure that all tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including regular sanitization of surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with training new staff members on restaurant protocols and service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is highly desirable. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
