Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hiring Waitress and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! As a key member of our service team, you will engage with guests, ensure their needs are met with enthusiasm, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing sales via POS systems and handling cash or credit payments Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation management platforms like OpenTable to coordinate guest seating and optimize table turnover Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other restaurant POS platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and food industry standards for fine dining environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Background in hospitality or restaurant service with culinary or kitchen experience preferred Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively environment, and committed to providing memorable dining experiences!
