Position:

We are currently hiring a part-time waitress/server to join our team. This position averages approximately 20-26 hours per week and requires availability Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM-9:30 PM. We are a small, team-oriented restaurant looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is positive, professional, and able to follow instructions while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Required availability: Wednesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM-9:00 PM Punctuality and excellent attendance are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and attentive customer service Take food and drink orders accurately Deliver food and beverages promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Assist with side work, stocking, and cleaning duties Help team members where needed during busy shifts Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously Follow restaurant procedures and management instructions

Requirement:

18+ Previous experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-player attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stay organized and follow directions carefully Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely

Compensation:

Part-time position $5.26 hourly (double NC minimum wage for waitstaff) + Tips, paid weekly How to
