Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with opening or closing duties including setup, cleaning, and restocking supplies like OpenTable reservations or POS equipment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to multitask efficiently with superb time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or kitchen support is a plus Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere!
