Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly guest relations throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating versatility in food industry skills Experience Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast similar platforms is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy are essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to create unforgettable guest experiences.
