Wing & Fish Company is looking for a dependable and organized Expo / Food Runner to help keep our kitchen and dining room running smoothly. The expo position plays a key role in service by coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house team, ensuring dishes are accurate, properly plated, and delivered to guests quickly. If you stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Coordinate orders between the kitchen and front-of-house team Check plates for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before leaving the kitchen Call and organize tickets to keep food flowing smoothly during service Run food to tables when needed Communicate clearly with cooks and servers to resolve issues quickly Assist with keeping the expo line clean and organized Help support the team during busy service periods What We're Looking For Strong communication and organization skills Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Team-first attitude and willingness to help where needed Attention to detail and sense of urgency Restaurant experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay (hourly + tip out generally ranges from $20/hour to greater than $30/hour, depending on volume of business) Consistent shifts Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the restaurant People with a criminal record will be considered.
