Job Description
Ladybug Hospitality Group Now Hiring for: Le Volte Oceanfront Dining Ladybug Hospitality is seeking experienced and motivated Expeditor Managers to join our leadership team. This position serves as the vital connection between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring every dish is presented accurately, delivered promptly, and meets our standards of excellence. The ideal candidate possesses previous expeditor, kitchen, and food service experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Ensure all food is accurate, properly prepared, and presented to company standards before leaving the kitchen. Review tickets for modifications, allergies, and special requests. Communicate effectively with chefs, cooks, servers, bartenders, and management. Maintain proper pacing and timing of courses. Assist with resolving service issues quickly and professionally. Train and support food runners, server assistants, and expo staff. Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at the expo station. Support both front- and back-of-house operations as needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Previous expeditor experience required Previous kitchen experience required Previous food service or restaurant experience required Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food execution. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
