Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Provide detailed menu knowledge to assist guests in making informed choices, including dietary restrictions and special requests. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly to enhance their experience. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food service. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service excellence. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
