Fast paced turn and burn style breakfast/lunch diner. Large majority of our customer base are local regulars through the offseason, tourist rush during the summer season. All shifts start at 6AM-2:30PM with the exception of Sunday 6AM-12PM. This position is mainly Thursday-Sunday We have one server on during our offseason weekdays and two on the weekends, as we get into the tourist season two servers are usual most days. Servers are responsible for opening prep, greeting all customers, taking all food/drink orders and putting them in POS, running the majority of all food, busing the majority of your own tables, closing duties. This position Sundays are required.
