Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic math skills for calculations. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals. Process payments accurately, utilizing sales techniques to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
