Job Description

Oak & Palm Waterfront | Sunset Beach, NC Oak & Palm Waterfront is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Front of House team. Whether you're greeting guests at the front door or supporting service on the floor, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences.
We are currently hiring for:
Host Server Assistant (Dual role including food running and bussing) If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in providing excellent guest service, and want to be part of a team that values professionalism and hospitality, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Hosts Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude Manage reservations and wait lists Escort guests to their tables Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries Create a positive first and last impression for every guest Server Assistants Deliver food promptly and accurately Clear and reset tables efficiently Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service Keep dining areas clean, stocked, and organized Work closely with both the kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth dining experience What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous restaurant experience is a plus Why Join Oak & Palm?
